Mindful Belly Dance - Multi-level

The Mindful Belly Dance format works to calm and balance the mind and body to lay a foundation for movement. This three-hour mixed-level workshop will focus on beginning/intermediate belly dance technique and movement combinations as well as dynamic qigong exercises, a thorough warm-up and meditative cool down. This is a perfect workshop for students new to belly dance and Qigong or for experienced dancers wanting to explore the benefits of qigong and finding ease in movement.

*Please come in comfortable clothing and in layers so that you stay warm. You may bring a hip scarf if you like.
